Terms and Conditions
When we sell
Near New will only sell clothing and accessories on a consignment basis. The items have to be in excellent condition and the clothing has to be washed and ironed or dry cleaned before we accept it (unless brand new with tags).
What we sell
Near New sells ladies high-end fashion clothing and accessories online.
Once credit has been exchanged, the transaction is final and binding. You can only get a refund where an item is faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown, as per our Refund Policy.
Complete the "sell your items checklist". We will then respond to you within seven days with what items we will accept and provide you with the address to post them to at your expense. You will receive a notification from us when your items are for sale online.
We will notify you if we have not been able to sell your items within six weeks. You will then have the option to either reduce your price or have the items returned. If you reduce the price and we have not been able to sell the items within another six weeks then they will be returned to you at your expense.
Payment is required to post the items back within two weeks of us notifying you. If payment is not received within a two week period these items will then be donated to a charity of our choice.
Once your items have sold you will receive a notification from us. We will transfer 75% of the sale price into your nominated bank account within two weeks after the purchaser has received the items.
All deliveries are through Australia Post with a tracking ID. Once your order is dispatched to your nominated address a tracking number will be supplied and a signature required upon delivery. If you have any questions regarding your delivery please contact Australia Post directly. Please note Australian standard delivery is approximately 5 to 7 business days.
Near New reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time without notice at its absolute discretion.
